Delivery

The customer can use the following delivery methods:

• Courier delivery (depending on the product);
•  Road freight transport (depending on the product);

The diversity of the assortment in the store affects the variation in shipping costs, because it depends on the weight and size of the ordered goods.

Each courier company has its own conversion rates, the so-called standard shipment.

We will consider delivery both by Poczta Polska and other companies.

Our team will determine the final shipping cost and send it to you immediately in response to your inquiry.

We'll find the lowest delivery cost with a decent safety  guarantee.

We fulfill orders in Poland.

Products that have the status “By Order” are manufactured according to individual orders and are delivered within 8 weeks from the date when the payment is credited to the Seller’s account.

Orders placed outside Poland require individual arrangements.

We will send you information about the batch number and expected delivery date by e-mail.

Couriers deliver parcels within business hours on working days.

After receiving the parcel, please check the parcel carefully and if it is mechanically damaged, please open the parcel in the presence of the courier.

If the contents are damaged, please write down a damage report with the courier, be sure to keep one copy.

Swivel chairs are delivered partially disassembled for self-assembly. Self-assembly is simple.

Payments

The customer can use the following payment methods:

• Payment by transfer to the Seller's account
• Electronic payments

Payments for orders are made by direct transfer to the RONDI GROUP account within 3 business days from the date of placing the order.
Please provide the order number in the transfer title.
We will send the bank transfer details in the e-mail confirming the order.
The condition for completing the order is to record the payment on our bank account.
