RONDI production
RONDI ТМ utilizes only certified high-quality raw materials and components from both Polish and foreign suppliers (including Italy, China, and others).
RONDI ТМ furniture production facilities are located in Ukraine and include:
3500 m2 of total production site area
2500 m2 of total warehousing area.
9 production workshops (metalworking, woodworking, sewing, etc.).
12 production divisions (cutting, upholstery, packaging, etc.).
The stock of machinery is being increased on a regular basis. Two new coater rooms were brought into use in 2018-2019. The metalworking department was renewed in 2020-2021, the cutting and sewing divisions are next in line.
Woodworking
Our factory has its own woodworking facilities. The facility fully provides for the demand of bend-glued frames for chairs and plywood frames for other products. The facility features:
Exclusive utilization of hardwoods.
Ability to paint wooden furniture in any color.
A division equipped with 3D milling machines, which are easy to reconfigure and program through a computerized numerical control system
Metalworking
The metalworking workshop meets the requirements of in-house production of frames for beds, stools and sofas, and also structural steel for flower shelves, and bases for tables and custom products.
The workshop is equipped with modern production machinery, allowing it to perform all necessary metalworking procedures:
High-accuracy metal cutting.
Several types of bending, including 3D bending.
Reduction of tubes of various diameters,
Powder coating and paint baking under high temperatures.
Production of experimental and custom-made products.
Wood finish coating of metal».
The multifunctionality and grand capabilities of the metalworking workshop allow us to manufacture furniture in particular dimensions and colors.
Automated business processes
Our enterprise has established an on-target management structure, consolidating the trading, production, marketing, and financial departments of the factory. The company proactively utilizes software tools to computerize the interaction between our departments and production sites.
Our production and administration operate within an integrated system – which allows us to monitor and manage every order, providing for exceptional customer experience.

Production and shipment time
Available products are shipped within 1-2 business days.
The production of custom-made goods is agreed upon with the customer and may take up to 30 days.
