Exchange and return

Our customers have the right to exchange or return products within 14 days from the moment of receipt provided the following conditions:

• The product for which an exchange or return request has been made has not been used and, accordingly, shows no signs indicating that it has been used by you: no chips, scratches, or other damage.;
• The product is in a marketable condition and has not been assembled or mounted.;
• The original factory packaging is intact and undamaged;
• The labels, instructions, sets of fasteners, etc., are also preserved and undamaged.
• All documents confirming the purchase and receipt of the product are available, including the receipt, expenditure or commercial invoice, and so on.

Please note that in the case of custom-made furniture, we do not offer refunds of the prepayments if you reject the goods.

The cost of return shipping for the product must be covered by the buyer.
